Looking for a way to kick-off your meditation practice and start a long-lasting routine? Let go of all your own philosophies, opinions, desires, and truth. Focus in on the Word of God as your truth, desire, and center. In this 5-day Word meditation journey, we will ease you into a routine and help you reap all of the benefits that the Word of God has to offer. Each day we will focus on an aspect that links our mind to God's heart and help you develop a practice that works for you! Starting is easy, but cultivating consistency in sticking with it is not so easy, so let's start simple. We will start by devoting just 10 minutes a day for the first few days (preferably when you first wake in the am) and gradually work our way to 15+ minutes of meditating on God's word each day. We will learn how to tune into His heart, and quieting your mind. We will also guide you through to applying what is revealed to you from the word of God. Lets get started shall we?
